The bra fitting wasn't done properly. The size didn't fit and I went somewhere else and was given the proper size. The options for bras are fabulous but not getting the proper size information doesn't help

Wish I could give zero stars.Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered.The first time this happened I gave them the benefit of the doubt—as I know working retail can be rough—and everyone can have a bad day. I was too kind, they are like this every single time I go into this location.I’m always polite but it doesn’t matter—they act bothered by customers. And I’m usually just picking up an order from online, not asking them to do a whole lot to assist—they still act like you’re putting them out.It’s sad when you’d rather drive further away to another location just to not have to deal with the staff at Brentwood Promenade.

I have been a loyal Lane Bryant shopper for years and worked in retail management for several years, so i am very patient and understanding when it comes to retail workers, however, when I walked in, I was not greeted by anyone despite a worker being at the front of the store folding tops. I was attempting to look at some pants behind the employee and said "excuse me" politely as I tried to look. She seemed very annoyed and did not want to get out of the way, did not offer to help me and in fact did not acknowledge me in any way. I found several items and walked around the store with my hands full for a long time with no one speaking to me or offering me a fitting room. I finally went to the register where 3 employees were standing and talking to each other. After being briefly ignored they asked if I was ready to check out. I said I would like to try on and one woman asked another to get me a fitting room. She rolled her eyes, walked me to the room and said "you're in here" and walked away. No one checked on me in the fitting room and no one offered to help me when I was wandering around in my socks and store merch searching for other sizes. On top of that, racks were packed so full that they were unshoppable and despite this fact, there were typically only 2 sizes available in each item. When i asked if other sizes were in the back i was told the those items were old and only new items were in back. It was not offered to order an item or check another location. One of the worst shopping experiences that I have had at a Lane Bryant location. I will stick to South County from now on.

Showed up to the store before closing hours but they had already "shut down the registers" and were just locking the door. I called to let them know, I'm literally outside, just saw you locking these and hours of operation still say open, to no avail. Apparently they close before closing hours all the time and all they could say was. Once the registers are closed, we can't open them until opening for the day.. doesn't explain why they they were shut down before closing. Ugh. Drove 20min to that store.

Going in I knew it was more than I wanted to spend but I could have persuaded. But you have to be acknowledged for that to happen. Customer service no longer exists. I just left.

I like lane bryant for intimates, but boy did I not enjoy my visit to this store. I walked in and it was difficult to tell who actually worked at the store and who was a customer - no name tags, lanyards, or other identifiable items. Many of their bras are hung up with too many on one rack, so they are all wrinkled and bent. I thought it would go away, but it doesn't...so now I have another exchange to make. I waited a while for the manager, twice during my visit. Then when I was checking out, the manager Nelmira tried to tell me that it'd be better for me to get the ongoing deal, buy one get one 70% off, rather than making the even exchange. They tried to get me to pay full price. Next time I'll be going to a different location or ordering online.Update:Two bras had creases, from being squished on the overstocked racks, that weren't going away - so I had to return it. Chose to go to the S County location. Ended up getting about 25$ back because the Brentwood location ripped me off.
