About Memorial Park
Memorial Park is a nice small park in a great central location. It offers picnic areas with clean pavilions and covered tables, plus plenty of grassy space. There are two playgrounds, including one for smaller children. The park features walking trails in the forest, beautiful clear creeks with an emerald hue, and pretty natural foliage. It is a great place for a short walk or to enjoy some peace and quiet. Visitors should note the bathrooms are closed in winter.
Great place for a gathering with kids or just a day in the park.

A wonderful Park that combines traditional playgrounds and trails in the woods with a creek. Pavilions can be rented out and there are bathroom facilities. Super convenient that it's across from the YMCA too.
