“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”

He never tries to talk me into something I really don't want. Now...take all of that and add in that he will come to your home or office to take initial measurements, to do an incremental fitting, and even deliver the finished garments. He has become a trusted friend and advisor. If I look good at all in my wardrobe, it's because Ben made me look good.
Also...gents...if you've never bought a custom fit dress-shirt...just try one. They're a little on the spendy side for me, but once you own one, it's all you'll ever buy.”

The customer service was also very fast even though the place was PACKED with almost no room to move.
