“The staff here went above and beyond to help me out and made the entire process smooth and easy. For what it's worth I'm in Texas and was trying to get some large format prints in a rush for a colleague who is currently working in their area. In my rush to get these prints in time I sent the wrong file, once I realized it I got ahold of them and they were very understanding and accommodating and made sure I was still able to get the prints in the time frame I needed. My colleague said they looked great and they had a great experience at the store. I especially want to thank Kate who was the main contact through this and was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.”

The one who helped me even suggested using a straight edge cutter that was there (I didn't know about and it) made my life 10 times easier and so much faster than cutting by hand.
