I had a wonderful experience at Refresh! I had several dresses to donate for their upstairs collection and I was met with the nicest woman, Tammy. She didn’t hesitate to help me carry in the dresses and steamer. Then I was given a coupon to use for my donation. This was my first time donating and shopping here! I found so many cute items and will certainly come back! The only tricky thing was parking but I planned on going at a time that the traffic wasn’t bad. Thank you for giving back to the community and I look forward to coming back soon!

I have driven by the store so many times since I’ve lived in St. Louis and never went in. I was missing out! This is a secret gem in St. Louis. It’s nonprofit and the prices are so reasonable. I will definitely be back again and again. Oh, did I mention that Tuesdays are discounts for seniors?

What a find! Very cute shop and the upstairs is packed with formalwear for prom, mothers dresses, special occasions, etc. I will definitely visit again!

Clean, friendly, & the prices are excellent. They even have a vintage selection where you can find a beaded top for $20 or a dress for $10. That’s just unheard of these days. Thanks for keeping your shopping experience reasonable.

-Vibe: clean, organized, easy to navigate. The stairs may not be easy for people with mobility issues, but there may be elevator, I didn’t get a change to look closely.- Service: well staffed and they were friendly.- Price: reasonable and had good sales going the day of visit.-
Parking: plenty and free, it’s a second floor garage that you turn into.-Near other stores: across the street from REI, Whole Foods, Nordstrom rack, Michael’s. Near The Promenade at Brentwood, which is a nightmare in terms of parking but has stores such as Trader Joe’s and Target.
