Hi, I'm the person you turned away from your building because of "bank policy." Even after I explained to you that I was standing in the shade because my car, which was parked on the side of the road across the street and which the police had just helped me push to the side of the road, had broken down and I was waiting for a tow truck in 100° heat. Not only did you not care, you didn't even offer to bring me water. If I pass out, I'll be filing a civil suit for damages. Have a lovely day!

Highly recommend Regions Bank. I am 80 years old and regions is the best bank I have dealt with in all my banking years.

The branch itself is fine and the service I received was adequate. I am not recommending this institution as a whole. I was a Regions customer for 2 decades. I came in today for the very last time to close all my accounts. Regions refused to refund me 120.64 that I was scammed while traveling abroad. I fought with them for almost 6 months, even got BBB involved, and in the end, they told me I was a credit risk and basically to kick rocks. Ok. Not my loss. All my money is now with other institutions, who will hopefully provide consumer protection.

My daughter cash her whole check at the bank on Wednesday on Feb 16 2022 new girl Brittany had no idea where she put the money so daughter didn't get her money it's Friday turned around and spoke with Zach lied got lied to 3 times the money is coming 3 days pass still no money with be filing a complaint about this situation

Location, Location, Location I was out and about in the city and needed cash. Lucky for me my bank had a branch in the area. Only downside, it was before lobby hours. However, there is always the friendly and courteous ATM. I pulled up to the automated teller machine, followed the prompts on the screen and wallah, I had crisp twenties in my hand. Regions is my bank of choice and I am pleased with their services, be it in person at my home branch or when I am visiting another branches ATM. They always get a thumbs-up from me. Best customer service, we have business and Saving Account as we’ll mortgage with Regions. William and Stephanie Baptist are real professionals, did great job in our loan approval. Zach and Staff is helpful and Professional. I will recommend Regions, here Dreams come True.

I have never been to a bank where mostly every employee is rude. If it wasn't that this is my jobs bank, I would never come here. I would really appreciate if this was something they would work on. No reason for anyone to be rude here. If you are so unhappy with your job, then find a new one.

the branch manager which informed me his name was Zach actually turned out to be Brett is very rude the staff specifically Patrice is very rude, no good customer service at all they have no respect for their customers and do not help they have no interest in helping you and act as though you're being a nuisance by coming into their establishment

Love regions ! It's a bank with a credit union feel! So personal and helping ! This is my primary location coming in town from road trips ! The staff is always lovely !

I am from out of town (Huntsville, Alabama). I stopped in at the Regions Hanley Rd Branch to correct a problem that had happened a few weeks earlier due to a mistake by a teller in Huntsville. The mistake had resulted in an overdraft fee. I explained my pproblem to a Financial Service Specialist, MS Alicia Simpson. After asking me a few questions MS Simpson said she woulod follow up on the problem and get back to me. A few days later I noticed that the overdraft fee had been credited back to my account and shortly thereafter I recieved an email from MS Simpson indicating that the issue had been resolved. I am a long time customer of Regions Bank and wanted to take this opportunity to thank Alicia and to commend Regions, Hanley Branch ,for having such an excellent customer focussed employee.
