Nick, the REI bike mechanic, rocks! He happily took on the challenge of repairing the front forks and wheel of our Bike Friday tandem after a minor accidental that bent both the forks and disc brakes. Awesome store with great employees. Stopped in for some 550 cord and spoke with Shannon about pack options and fitting for a potential hiking trip. He was very knowledgeable and never pressured me to purchase anything. I’ll be back for sure.
