And not only did you meet those high expectations, your teams exceeded them!We're very happy we chose A-Mrazek and will whole-heartedly be recommending them to anyone that asks.(and the price was only high relative to a more DIY approach - you guys were very competitive relative to comparable interstate movers)--------So why did I tell A-Mrazek that they exceeded my expectations? “From start to finish, I have nothing but praise for Simple Moves. Getting a bid and scheduling the move was both easy and competitive. The moving crew arrived on time and were amazing. For context, we were moving stuff from four different floors into a storage unit. The basement was heavy tools, the attic huge handmade wooden toys, furniture and boxes on the 1st and 2nd floors. The crew worked quickly, efficiently, and respectfully as they traversed steps and steps and steps. They took great care of our stuff, played a good game of Tetris getting everything in the storage room, and even finished 45 min before the estimated time. And now the hardest (most emotional) part of the move is completed and I’m a fan of Simple Moves.Thank you!”

“its a great safe and friendly facility. Plenty pf survelance cameras and such but, the 10pm shut down every night is a little rediculous i think. i mean we pay a premium amount yet only are allowed access to our own belongings for a small window of time unless it happens to be your day off. Its never convenient when you work a second shift position between 2pm to 10pm. You sleep the needed hours. Wake up , go to work. Get off work and all the hours you're off tbe place is closed. just sayn...”

They were very helpful, including recommending to not buy a bunch of the chair covers and instead buy blankets on Amazon if I was concerned about dust while storing furniture long-term. I ended up moving my stuff when I purchased a house, which corresponded roughly with a large price increase (they merged with Extra Space Storage). If the units are priced right, I would recommend them.”
