“I was having a bit of trouble accessing the app to get into the storage facility, but luckily, the wonderful Shalae was there to help. She kindly helped me set up a key fob. I even had some difficulty with the code for the fob, but we tried multiple messages, and she was able to arrange an automated call to deliver the code. Thanks to her friendly and bubbly personality, she made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. She's truly easy to talk to, especially when dealing with tricky situations.”
“Had the most wonderful experience with customer service rep, Nicole at Extra Space Storage today. Our nonprofit is in the process of trying to find a bigger storage space and she went above and beyond in her customer service today to make that happen. She was thorough in her explanation of the different sizes of units, she was professional professional, and so very kind. “Nicole and Yvonne are absolute angels. I showed up to my previously-reserved unit and it was a parking spot (!)- obviously my mistake, but Nicole totally took care of me and helped find what I needed and rebook it at another nearby location. She stayed on the phone with me while I got to the new location, through the gate, and even helped me locate the unit using the online map. Nicole saved me again when I had to call back to reserve an additional unit (sooo much stuff). Yvonne was similarly amazing when I called back with more questions. Seriously, my guardian angels that day. I won't use another service...unless Nicole or Yvonne leave... Thank you, ladies!”
