“I was having a bit of trouble accessing the app to get into the storage facility, but luckily, the wonderful Shalae was there to help. She kindly helped me set up a key fob. I even had some difficulty with the code for the fob, but we tried multiple messages, and she was able to arrange an automated call to deliver the code. Thanks to her friendly and bubbly personality, she made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. She's truly easy to talk to, especially when dealing with tricky situations.”
“Had the most wonderful experience with customer service rep, Nicole at Extra Space Storage today. Our nonprofit is in the process of trying to find a bigger storage space and she went above and beyond in her customer service today to make that happen. I only give Public storage a 4 star because of the habitual price increases. We started out at $45 and it’s increased every couple of months to $120.”
