  This target has stopped selling most mens products. It is down to about 1.5 sides of aisles and only sells deodorant, shaving tools, and a few dove soap options. If you are looking for any male products, best to go anywhere else.

  Decent Target location. Some water damaged ceiling tiles, but pretty clean and newer. Not a horrible place to shop, lots of selection and friendly staff. In a busy shopping center close to hotels and an EV Charging Station.

  If I could choose no stars I would. Don't even by trying to call bec NO DEPARTMENT ANSWERS THE PHONE IT JUST RINGS AND CONNECTS AND THEN THEY HANG UP ON YOU, OR IT KUST KEEPS RINGING INDEFINITELY. SMH GARBAGE 🗑️

  I was a loyal Target shopper. Nobody home. Shelves empty. No help. Have to check out on your own. Went back after long absence because husband wanted to try. Nope. Soulless. I won’t be back.

  I went to purchase a few items while on a trip. The Brentwood MO location may be the worst Target I have ever been in. Nobody wanted to help when I asked and items scattered all over the place, not clean at all! This is coming from a person who loves his local Targets. You should send a district manager to this store!

  I may couldn’t purchase the things I wanted in the grocery section but I did spend my Christmas gift card on A personal item ; such as A handheld fan for church. Target has always had great employees in this store, they do help you without asking.

  Came in at 550 pm august 5th self checkout. Workers refused to honor the 30% off clearly desplayed sign for men's underwear and socks. Extremely lazy

  I shopped here because I needed a few items. I liked it because it was convenient (near a Metrolink station),my items were easy to find and checkout was a breeze

  I’m extremely happy that this location stays open until 11pm. The store was neat, clean and my cashier was amazing.

  I had the most unsettling experience at Target. An employee, who claimed to be a new manager named Stacey (middle age white lady, average height. she was not wearing a name tag), was extremely rude and unprofessional. She could not provide clarification on the price match policy, and when I asked her to get assistance from a more experienced manager, she refused.
  
  When I asked another employee for help, Stacey yelled across the store, instructing the other employee not to assist me.
  
  Since when are customers not allowed to ask for clarity on a policy without being disrespected?
  
  I love Target, and it’s upsetting that they would hire someone with such a poor attitude. Someone so disrespectful should not be in a customer-facing role.
  
  I will be contacting the Brentwood store and emailing corporate first thing in the morning.

  Barbasol shaving cream sprayed on a chair and left out. This Target is GHETTOOOOOO!

  I know this is not about the store but Im going to start by saying that I hate the parking lot. Now lets talk about the store…Very unorganized ,clothes and shoes on the floor and I know there is plenty enough employees walking around that can be doing their job.

  Lately, items have not scanned properly, so I’ve needed assistance with someone fixing the price. This particular evening, the coffee and a cup didn’t scan properly with the right price. The person working the check out needed to get someone in the respective departments. I told her I could go and take a picture faster than they could get the items, but she told me they’d do it. After waiting for awhile, the lady comes back to say “I’ll walk with you to the items”. I didn’t even want the items anymore. It wasn’t anything, but $2. At the same time, it was just poor customer service. The lady could have just honored it from the beginning.

  Tried to get a cold beverage on the way out and grab a pizza. Nobody was there nobody's willing to help me and when I asked an employee they told me to go over and someone at Starbucks might be able to help me. Horrible customer service, especially for an overpriced retail store
