A quick stop to check it out and see if they have any good tshirts on clearance and yes, they do. I managed to find a new Beatles tshirt that will get worn this evening. Yay! The store has electronics, home decor, toys, sporting good, automotive, lots of housewares and kitchenwares, greeting cards, personal care, over-the-counter medications and pharmacy items. Self-checkout worked fine. [Review 590 of 2024 - 293 in Missouri - 21621 overall]

This Target location has got to be the worse one I've been to but it is the most convenient for me. The parking lot is a nightmare (IYKYK). The Drive Up is so awful and the wait time is just ridiculous. One time, I waited 30 minutes and finally went inside. Not sure how they forgot about me as it was 9:00pm and the lot was empty. A worker was nice enough to give me a gift card for the inconvenience. But what really gets me is the consistently terrible customer service. Every time I do a return, there is always someone with an attitude. No one can ever be found on the floor to help. My pickup/drive up items are constantly out of stock. Better management and customer service are desperately needed here.

I used to love going to this store. more often than not, I now leave feeling grumpy. it's hard to find employees but yikes. Target at the Brentwood Promenade has some rude cashiers.

There were quite a few employees on the floor this morning. However, the store is a mess. There is trash is several areas, the products are disorganized, and I found some items on the shelf that were stained. The one bright spot was one person in the luggage area was very helpful.

The last time I was there it was somewhat crowded but everything I was looking for was in stock. Employees are nice.

Target is a great place to buy products made from 100% recycled paper, such as paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper. You can also buy aluminum foil made from recycled aluminum.

As I approached the return desk an employee (#1) said she would help me soon and went behind the wall to talk to another employee (#2) who was standing just outside the door avoiding eye contact with me and another customer behind me. The wall has a slit in it about waist high and I could see employee (#1) standing there leaning on the counter talking to employee (#2) about personal subjects. After standing there for 5 minutes I asked employee (#2) if I could make a return and she looked at employee #1 who then came out to do the return. You may want to let the employees know that customers can see them hiding and avoiding helping customers through the slit.

This Target store tends to have what I need at an affordable price. Staff is helpful should you need them.

Had a very bad drive up pickup experience. The lady has bad attitude without asking me for verification and slammed my car’s door after dropping off. Also I cannot find a place to file a complaint.

Absolute worst Target in STL. God forbid they mess up your drive up order or you have an issue - absolutely no one answers the phone to help, so good luck. Drive up staff is also extremely rude. I recommend driving the extra 15 minutes to Hampton Village to save yourself the frustration!

Target does a good job of creating a convenient aesthetically pleasing shopping experience. I also love the price compared options. Best place to shop. Employees need a raise ?
