Ay this particular location, all the staff members (pharmacy and checkout) on the evening shift are extraordinarily rude. I always leave feeling berated and dread going here.

The is a terribly run Walgreens. It’s time for new management. The pharmacy is beyond slow. The entire store needs help.

Wendy is who answered my call and was so very Rude. Pharmacist on the line was awful to speak with. Very short temperature and condescending tone. I'm awaiting medication that my doctor sent in. One that the doctor did double the dosage but had cleared insurance before. I was never notified by Walgreens that I needed insurance authorization on this. So now I am out of medicine that I need and is 3 x a day and she tells me I have to call my doc office.. but I thought it was insurance? anyway. very bad person to speak with and will be looking into transferring all my families medications, not just my own

This pharmacy drive thru is the SLOWEST pharmacy I have EVER been to. Every time I go I am waiting 20+ minutes in line, even if there is just one car in front of me. I understand being short staff but then don't keep your drive thru open if you won't tend to the people in it. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Yes I agree Ashley's Needs to work at Maplewood Walmart with employees really don't care about the job! I've called on her several times and reported her.

Try to have patience using drive thru but they do nothing to make it move. No signage telling you to use the app to be sure your prescription is ready. The app is great. Use it!!! Just sat there for thirty minutes for a scrip that was ready. Person at window was very nice. I'm sure they're short staffed due to the current situation. The drive thru area looks terrible. One side closed. Walgreens as a corp could do so much better.

If you want to go to a place in which their employees must take classes on how to be as rude to your customers as possible then this is the place for you! This location is close to me so have used many times but every time experience something terrible. It has been one thing after another in all departments, a prescription filled wrong, photo order with someone else's photo in it, curbside online orders that were charged twice for and didn't catch until my credit card bill came in and this last time I call to cancel an order because they couldn't fill the entire order and I was going to go to another location and the women leaves the phone line open and rants and complains to her co-worker about me canceling while I can hear it and then just hangs up! It is unbelievable how rude they all are there, I have never experienced any other place like this.

Very easy to book an appointment for a CoVid booster. I used the app and it was great to see so many location and time options! I booked it as “guest” for my husband. They sent a.confirming email. Wry efficient!
