I am so confused by the bad reviews. I’ve been going here for the last couple of years and each time the pharmacy staff has been helpful and, at minimum, courteous, but usually very upbeat, professional, and helpful. Paddy especially goes above and beyond making sure everything is 100%. She’ll follow up with my doctor if anything additional is needed.Since 2020, working at pharmacy can only be moderately better than a total nightmare. These people are managing not only the logistics of multiple shortages but people’s reactions to these shortages. Amid all this, they get the job done well.

If you need a script filled I would highly recommend going elsewhere. They almost always have issues talking with the doctor’s office and they’re horrible about communicating delays or errors with filling.Currently sitting and waiting for 40 minutes for a vaccination even though my appointment was scheduled earlier, and I checked in but the individual Forgot to tell them they I’m here for a shot. Will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

When January 1st came, optumRx completely disabled my ability to apply my insurance benefits to my prescriptions.SarahB (the pharmacist) wouldn’t give up on it. She really cared, and it was obvious. Furthermore, the culture among the pharmatechs present was also one of caring. They CARED.That’s something unusual at chain pharmacies, so it’s worth mentioning. It’s also why I have switched my pharmacy needs to the Brentwood Walgreens.There’s a difference, and it matters. When I was feeling sick and weak, it mattered.And when I come back needing their help again, it will matter again.Thanks to all of you working in in the pharmacy last night, and again today. You were noticed, and appreciated.

Passport photos advertised but.not available. I was told “they have the capability but the employee that can do it is not in.” I wasted my time. Going to Walgreens trying to get passport photos that were not available.

High prices and really long wait times. The drive through can take 30-45 minutes so plan accordingly.

Have been using this pharmacy for 1 year and so glad it is over. The pharmacy is very busy so they take it out on the customers. The entire year has been a struggle for 1 prescription. So rude. I'm done

11/19/2023 In the checkout line this evening the cashier decides instead of checking me out she wants to look at her phone and proceeds to read a story online to me about a celebrity that just died on the Beverly Hillbilly show so I have to wait for her a good 7 minutes before she checks me out then she talks the entire time I only have 3 items mind you and I just walk out and she's still talking as I'm walking out the door. Never shopping here again. This is why customers prefer self checkout.

This place has really went down hill. Everytime I come here, the line is wrapped around the building outside. Go inside, not any better. I was told my medication was unavailable and I need to call around and find it…every time I come here I feel like they are out of medication. Overall customer service is poor.

Went there to get a.Covid vax, the minute clinic was filthy, the floor was disgustingly dirty, walls scuffed up-not a place to get medical care at all. We left! Don’t go there for vax!

My wife and I had Covid booster appointments. The pharmacy staff was absolutely amazing. They were working non stop. They were professional and courteous beyond anything I could imagine as hard as they were working. I am explaining this situation because it was also sad. I felt sorry for them because they could not come up for air. They were obviously overworked and handled it with a great attitude but I know from experience it’s only a matter of time and that positive attitude can’t last forever. No matter how much the company pushes these dedicated employees, something’s got to break. I have zero relationship with anyone in this profession and I was only an observer. We are retired and came away shaking our heads in both amazement and sorrow for the generation in the workplace now. I wanted to acknowledge all of the staff and highly commend them for our experience. I only hope the company realizes how fortunate they are to have them.I just read an article about a Walgreens walkout. I fully understand now.

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to, but the vast majority of MO Walgreen’s are this way. I moved here from IL a year ago and I’d never been treated badly by anyone at the IL locations. In MO, the pharmacy staff are unbelievably rude and do not hesitate to let you know how much they hate their job and you for being there. One time I was in the drive-through and it was so bad that I called the store manager from my car, when after holding for 10 minutes to speak to her, she was a bad as her staff and did nothing to help. The WORST.

I've been coming to this one for a year and I don't know why.... every time I come no matter if it's busy or empty it's the longest process in getting my prescriptions.

Patty in the pharmacy really went above and beyond to help us. It’s very rare nowadays to find great customer service but she is exactly what this Walgreens needs. You will be lucky and grateful if she is there when you need this pharmacy.

Its hard nowadays to get good customer service anywhere you go. However, Patsy was amazing in helping me find the things I needed with a smile on her face. I will continue to shop at this Walgreens because of her!

I am not sure what happened with the pharmacy within recent years ,but they have become incredibly unhelpful and rude. I called in and was told my doctor needed to respond to a fax. I then called back and spoke to someone who didn't try to understand what I was saying and came off very snappy. When you go in you're not greeted with any kind of warmth and met with "yep" and "mmm hmm". It's not pleasant at all
