“I love a good thrifting moment, especially when I find unique pieces! This place is a hidden gem located on St. Charles Rock Rd.
From clothes, shoes, vintage toys, comic books, vinyl records, household decor and more. You are bound to find something that matches your style. Each booth/space is owned by a different vendor and they each carry something different. Prices on items were fair and reasonable.
Staff greeted me as i came through the doors, and let you have free range to browse. They were available to answer any questions you may have.
Definitely worth looking into if you are a thrifter!!”

“Small place with a variety of small rooms that serves a decent selection of heavy kinds of foods. The chicken salad was good and not too mayonnaisey and can be served with a bowl of fresh fruit.
If you are into alcoholic mudslides, they were very good.
Sorry but I didn’t think much of their wine selection. Could be because I am more into French and Napa Valley wines.
They also have music which is very relaxing. But you have to be in the right rooms to see it.”

“The Brass Alligator recently hosted an estate sale for me at the home of a good friend’s mother who had passed away, and to say it was overwhelming would be an understatement. Walking in, it felt impossible—decades of accumulation packed into every corner. It was emotional, heavy, and honestly hard to even know where to begin.
Brian and his team stepped in and completely changed the situation. They didn’t just see “stuff”—they saw the story behind it. They treated everything with care and respect, understanding that a lot of it held meaning to the owner’s son. They thoughtfully set aside sentimental items he couldn’t find in the chaos, which meant more than I can put into words. They worked tirelessly through an unbelievable amount of items with a level of patience that was truly remarkable.
The turnout for the sale was incredible—they clearly know how to draw a crowd. And while a big crowd can sometimes bring stress and tension, they handled everything with total professionalism and calm. No matter what came their way, they stayed steady, kind, and in control.
By the end, what felt impossible at the start had been transformed into a successful, organized sale, with a clean-out crew ready to take care of what remained. More importantly, they brought a sense of relief and peace to a situation that felt completely overwhelming.
I’m beyond grateful for their compassion, strength, and professionalism. If you’re facing something like this—or even something much smaller but still don’t know where to start—these are the people you want by your side. They truly know what they’re doing, and they do it with heart. Highly recommend!”

“Mr. Szelag did a first class restoration of an 1870s painting by my wife's great, great uncle, a world renowned artist. Mr. Szelag renewed the frame as well, which was a big plus since we were used to seeing it in raw condition. The renewal of the painting made us think we were looking at it for the first time, the change was that dramatic.”

“First time visitor today and I was pleasantly surprised. On arrival I was concerned that it might be an antique store with stuff that’s been sitting for a long time, but I was glad to see that it was made up of booths of different sellers and lots of variety. It’s larger inside than it appears from the outside.
Prices were average, if not slightly lower, than other antique malls in the StL area. Probably more vintage and retro than super old items, but that’s what I’m personally looking for.
The staff member, who was volunteering, was very pleasant and helpful. A bathroom was available and clean.
I purchased a few LPs (Rick James, Village People) and a cool comic book, all for about $18. These would be great framed.
I will def return.”
“An off the beaten path antique mall off the main road in St. Charles. It's a small little mall, but it has a lot of great treasures to check out. I walked out with a half dozen treasures. The lady was warm & welcoming when I walked in and checked out.”

They were friendly, prompt as I think they could be for being a older car and having to scour around for parts..and patient with my once a day 'check ins'. ?Service: Electrical”
“I had one antique clock fixed there awhile ago, and they did an awesome job. I had another clock that was damaged, I called and explained what I needed, and they said they had to see it. So I took the clock to them. They assured me that they could fix it, and I have faith in them. They are very personal and confident, I am sure it will be worth the wait.”

“This is a fantastic antique/thrift store. Prices are extremely reasonable and there are a ton of good finds, especially for craft supplies and kitchenware. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff are so kind and helpful. Definitely a hidden gem that deserves a lot more recognition!”
