I walked in and was immediately helped write away. The Guy rep explained everything to me and was very patient as he explained it more than once. Found me the best deal. Helped me transfer my phone information over to my new phone. Made sure all of my information was there before I left the store and told me to comeback if I needed any further assistance.

Tim was very helpful and friendly!! I had come in the store very very frustrated with the lack of understanding to my billing question when I had called in to talk to an agent. She obviously needed more training!!! She could not answer my question about why I had had to pay a certain amount. Also your robots are really of no help either. Just a waste of time and money.!! Your people in your stores are the most helpful!!!

I just want to acknowledge an employee who went above and beyond to help me get my Internet/TV activated. Her name is Carlie and she works at the Bridgeton location. She was my angel as I am in my last stage of life and TV has become my only companion. Please know ATT that you are blessed to have her ?

This AT&T location is absolutely the best. The store manager Amber, the team members Ashe and Carlie as well as the others I didn’t get a chance to speak with are amazing! I was very hesitant about doing business with AT&T but because of their thorough, attentiveness, patience and knowledge today I chose to have a business relationship with AT&T. This location will greet you with high level of care and respect no matter what your decision is. In my case it was a delay not a denial. I’m happy to be a customer of AT&T and give them a loyal commitment as I have done with a previous carrier. I believe we both will compliment each other going forward business wise. Thank you Amber, Ashe, and Carly!!!!

The store experience was good, until we found out we paid $600 for a phone we didn't need because the sales people don't know the features of the devices they sell. And Corporate is worse, because they don't provide training to non-corporate stores. AT&T does not value it's customers and are unwilling yo appease the customers when they make the mistake?. I'll be switching ALL of my services.
