My Dad had to have his truck inspected it didn't pass but they told him what to do to get it to pass which was drive it because it had been sitting for a while. Both of his legs are amputated but when I tell you they were pleasant friendly and quick it was a wonderful experience and they treated us great!!!!! I would highly recommend and now know where to take my vehicle.🥰

Heidi and Geoff are great. Mechanics are friendly and they do a fantastic job. Plus they stand behind their work. What other shop offers a 24 month Warranty on labor.

I have been going here for over a decade. My whole family and extended family has received services from here. NEVER AGAIN! I brought up my terrible experience from the owner in a family meeting. Rude behavior and typed the a rude remark on my invoice. This place clearly has enough funds to not care about repeat service. Good luck with that.

I needed my catalytic converter replaced and was quoted a couple thousand dollars from numerous other auto repair shops. I was then referred to this place and they were able to quote me almost $1000 less than what other places were saying. They were extremely helpful and patient with me as I kept asking them questions to make sure I understood what they were saying. They even redid my inspections and told me that since I would have to drive the car 50 miles after getting it fixed they would redo my emissions for free. I wasn’t aware that was a thing so I really appreciated them informing me of this. I will definitely be coming back to this place for any other mechanical issues I may have in the future.

They did an evaluation on my car years ago, couldn't afford the repairs n chose a family mechanic who tried to pick up my car 2x and they wouldn't give him a key even after pretending to leave one on another occasion. Went out of town for a few weeks thinking all was well, came back to a note from the Breckenridge police dept saying I abandon a vehicle on their property and therefore it was towed to a pay yard. By the time I got back, all the fees had added up to thousands of dollars. I never got my belongings or my car back, and every time I called the guy that lied and had it taken away , he was supposedly unavailable or gone for the day, so yeah.
You guys owe me a Kia Spectra or the Bue Book value of the car I had, considering it was paid off and full of belongings that I was taking to storage when it broke down.

I can’t even explain the extent this shop went to figure out a year long issue I had been dealing with my vehicle. After using 3 other mechanic shops (including a Honda Dealership) no one could solve the problem my car was having. Long story short, Big G addressed what appeared to be the presenting issue but after that didn’t fix it, they thoroughly investigated everything at no extra cost and fixed my car/year long headache that cost me thousands of dollars. Not only are they honest but they have been by far the most fair in pricing. Highly, highly recommend!!
