Works fine, no waiting. Not easy to find, when entering plaza from St. Charles Rock Rd make a left and it will be on your right hand side. The ATM is in the middle of empty plaza facing Walmart

Drive closer to the Walmart to find this ATM. ATM is slow and did not dispense money on first try.
