“The small parking lot fills up fast. There's usually only a couple of customers inside so I don't know where all these cars come from. I frequently have to park across the street.”

“No line on a late Thursday afternoon 30 minutes from closing. Very pleasant experience even though they were having electronic equipment problems. Their technical person was all over it & on the phone with their tech guide putting out the fires as they're converting to a new system.”

“Just want to let you know that your employee Cassie is one of the greatest customer service person I ever met , since COVID because look like after covid you just couldn't get good customer service anymore you know people said they know there's good jobs everywhere everybody wanted to hire them so customer service just went down and I was in customer service for 16 years at Washington University School of medicine and I try to give the best customer service of all so I really appreciate good customer service so I just wanted to say thank you her name is Cassie and she just the sweetest and the most professional person and friendly and kind, I just want to let her and you all know that she give really great service and I thank you and I thank her, I have been banking with you all for years now, but this is my first time ever writing or posting”
