“Just left. Came in right before close and the staff made me feel welcome. Darrell was very kind and another young gentleman with freckles and curly hair also took good care of me. Being in the service industry, I understand the stress of last-minute customers so them being so welcoming is very much so recognized.”
“Upon walking in, my partner and I were greeted with a warm welcome. I mentioned looking for a gift and that I wanted something bunny oriented. The person working said she had just the thing, and she did! She brought something to us from the back and it was perfect! She even gift wrapped it. I would definitely recommend City Sprouts for baby and children gifts.”
“I had ordered my uniforms online because this was the only vendor for them but I only received 2 of the 5 shirts from that order because the other 3 were on backorder (the only problem with that was that they wouldn't've made it in time, but that's on me since I ordered 2 weeks from when school starts). The 2 I did receive were too small, and I ordered the other 3 in the same size as the ones that ended up not fitting so once they were no longer on backorder, those also would've been too small for me. So emailed them and one of the ladies at the store, Michelle, called me and I told her I would head here- the physical location. She told me to bring the blue card with my order info and the shirts that were too small. I got there, she helped me find the right size, let me exchange the small shirts for ones that fit, and she even gave me 3 of the exact shirts that were on backorder! Now I have my uniforms in time for school! Thanks a million!”
“I love athleta clothes. The staff who work the dressing room are always attentive and super helpful. I give this location 4 stars because they are a bit small and it always seems like when I shop there, there is always one item that I will have to order online. It is very nice to have the store front so I can try on different sizes and know exactly what I need to order online. Their POS system is a bit out dated so simple exchanges often come with returning and repurchasing and online purchases do not talk to the in store purchase which can be a bit confusing and annoying but they have always figured out a way to find what I need and take care of things needing to be returned.”
“I had an issue with a gift card here that was not the fault of the store's. The lovely manager was incredibly patient and did everything she could to help me, taking 45 minutes out of a busy day. She was unnecessarily apologetic and kind throughout the whole process.”
“Love the store has great clothes. I’m so glad they have a vendor vines here especially with an Abercrombie Fitch, a Nike, Lululemon and Athleta and many many more like a J.Crew. How much can you ask from this mall?”
“It was a wonderful experience. On this past sunday about 3pm, the store was clean and stocked with clothing. When I asked for assistance; the young lady with the long brown hair helped me picking out an outfit for my daughter's spring Pic day. We got other verbal opinions including from her other colleague and manager which was awesome. The young lady at check out was also patient and nice. I will be returning in the future to this location.”

“I have been coming to this store for a long time and while it has almost always been a good experience, in the past year or so, it has really improved. Employees are typically very friendly and kind and McKenzie is a phenomenal manager. On numerous occasions she personally has made my shopping experience better with excellent, proactive customer service.
I sold baby gear today and was offered a fair price for my items that were in good, clean shape. I always look forward to stopping in and now have even more reason to as my kids outgrow equipment and toys. Thank you!”
