Collision Centers of St. Louis does some of the best work in Missouri. They made my truck look like brand new. I recommend them to anybody not five stars but 10 stars.

Insurance FRAUD at its finest. I brought my car to this collision center September 17th for a bumper repair. This car allowed my car to sit for 6 days while it was in a "limbo" because they were wanting to total my car out. Stating that repairs would be 60% more than what my insurance wanted to pay, making the total cost for repairs around 13,000-14,000. LOL OK. So let's fast forward to October 3rd 17 days later I call the shop and they tell me my bumper for my car still hasn't come so yes my car is still sitting.
I took it upon myself to reach out to a few auto body shops to ask questions about my car how much the repairs would cost me and how long it would take I was given the estimate and I was told is would take between four days no more than a week. No where near 19 days. After receiving this information I called the Collision Center back to let them know I will be picking my car up, because even if my car was sitting for 6 days you still had 11 days to do something. Long story short they got all the work done on my car within one day I was able October 4th but wait there's more my trunk flew open on the highway which could ve easily been another accident

I would say their negligence caused me additional week of unnecessary car rental fees.
Working with Collision Centers of STL has been a frustrating experience. Communication for 2 wks after car drop off was extremely poor. After scheduling an appointment for hail repair to include replacement of sunroof, insurance estimate was sent to them 4.30.24. Car drop off was May 13th, and Rachel let me know that they would be in touch with next steps. Via email, I did also share that car rental reimbursement had expired, and my lease on vehicle was ending soon. Needless to say, it was important to have car repair done as soon as possible to avoid incurring unnecessary rental car charges.
Having not heard back at end of week, I called for update but no one had updates to share. Called again early week of 5.20.24, and someone returned my call to let me know my car would be done no later than 5.24.24. On 5.23.24, I called again to ask about vehicle to which I was told they are still waiting on sunroof. When asked when sunroof was ordered, I was told 5.20.24. This is absolutely ridiculous as estimate was received not only in advance but they had my vehicle since 5.13.24. After expressing my disappointment, I was finally connected to Larry Jr, who did remain communicative moving forward. After series of more delays, sunroof was finally received 5.30.24.
Larry texted me late that afternoon to let me know car would be done for pick up in the am. I texted back 7:20am 5.31.24 to let them know I will be dropping car rental at 8:00am and will then head over. Rachel called at 8:18am to let me know final amount due and that they take C/C (which incurs card processing fee of 3.5%) or Cashier’s Check or Money Order. This again should have been communicated in advance as I had already dropped off rental and waiting on Uber for pick up to their place. Had I known in advance, I would have made proper arrangements to avoid the processing fee. On that note, processing fee is cost of doing business that should not be passed on to card user.
While vehicle does look like new, there was white adhesive/sealant stain (still tacky) on leather seat the size of my key fob that I will need to remove myself.
Just overall frustrating experience. My incident may be an anomaly but I will not return to Collision Centers for any future repairs that may be needed.

I am yet to find a Collision better than this one. I brought in my G70 for repair due to vandalism and they did an amazing job. If by any chance you are not satisfied, ask for Jr cause these people stand by their word and make things right.

They did an excellent job on my Honda. They fixed my car and also cleaned it thoroughly without being asked, even cleaned grease and grime off the motor. I highly recommend this team. I appreciate the job you all did thank you.
