“Excellent service! I brought my phone in because my camera was blurry from the inside. They opened the phone and tried cleaning it, but then realized the camera itself was damaged due to internal debris.
Even though this wasn’t their fault at all, they went above and beyond. They ordered the replacement camera themselves, installed it, and only charged me for one labor. “Timothy was pleasant and thorough with his diagnosis of the problem with my furnace, however I still have no heat due to what Timothy wrote in his report. The fact that I am a new homeowner with this property, him telling them that the furnace was dirty and maintenance on the furnace is part of the issue.
I told him that I had nothing to do with the maintenance of the furnace due do the fact that I just purchased the house was not put in the report. Now it seems that my home warranty plan that I purchased at closing is not going to pay for the repairs based on Timothy's findings. So at this point I am still without heat in my home. Timothy should have disclosed the conversation that he and I had regarding the fact that the maintenance had nothing to do with me, the new homeowner. I had already disclosed with Choice Home Warranty that I was the new owner and they had to honor that, and any repairs for the furnace doesn't fall on me. The issue was already in the home before I purchased it and it passed inspection.”
