After a vehicle breakdown, they got me in a timely manner. I had some questions on the service and after checking, they made sure my vehicle was serviced properly with no extra cost for me. I would definitely use them again.

1 out 5 don't recommend. I called around 12:45 today asking for a simple QUOTE for breaks and rotors and instead I was criticized and lectured because it's a 2023. Not everyone drives the same. Some of us travel and put more wear and tear on our cars. It's insane to me that you would want to lose business instead of gaining it. Whoever I spoke to needs to be addressed on their horrible customer service skills.

Anytime I have a problem with my car these are the guys I see. Always polite and go out of their way to check your vehicle for any other problems as they fix it. It’s an easy in and out, never had a problem with their quality either they honestly are the best firestone in this area. They earned a lifetime customer for sure.

One of the coldest days of the years, low tire pressure light came on while driving to work. The manager checked and filled all 4 tires without hesitation putting me back on the road. I've had my vehicle serviced at this location, 3-4 times now and every time it was a pleasant experience.

Absolutely rude, non-professional and lazy. Avoid this location at all costs. Bought 8 tires in the past few years and when I came in with a slow leak, the manager refused to take the tire and put on the spare. Instead, he said I should leave the car for a day. Seeing as I made an appointment to get tires on my other car a week prior and it took them TWO and a HALF HOURS to put them on the car, I was not going to leave my car "for a day" to fix a slow leak on one tire. The man was absolutely rude and non-professional. The MAJORITY OF THE BAYS WERE EMPTY WHEN I WAS THERE. He stood there shooting the breeze with a Missouri officer rather than do any work for a solid customer. Any place is better than this.
