Honestly I don't really care if employees are on their phone or not. (They weren't) but they were rude which I do care about. I recommend going to the five below in St. Charles or St. Peters.

I really enjoy five below as a company, they’re great for finding gifts and prizes for adults and children. The one thing that I always see is that the employees are on their phones at the register. I understand that your job can be tiresome and boring, but it’s really annoying to see people getting paid to be on their phones. And when I approach the register you don’t even look up until I say “hi how are you?”. And then you proceed to stay on your phone during my checkout and transactions. Like I said, I love five below, but not their workers.

For the now 4th time I have tried to visit this store during its posted open hours just to find the doors locked, not a living soul visible in the store and no answer when I call. This is the most poorly operated retail establishment I've ever encountered. The owners should fire anyone employed here if they haven't already

Nice store with nice items. We all know that the prices can't stay below five nowadays. So they have items above five dollars that are better quality.

This 5 & Below is the neatest, cleanest, and most organized store they have in St Louis County, MO. We were able to find exactly the items that our granddaughter wanted to buy and also we desired to purchase for her quickly and easily due to the cleanliness and organized store. We also have a cart for her to sit in that she liked. Way to go with this NEW STORE! All your stores should be modeled after this store. Also, the staff is smiling, pleasant, friendly, helpful, and courteous. This is not the way it is in all of your stores!
