Robert is very personable and his knowledge and education is very helpful. He did not rush us at all. We spent probably 4 hrs at the store and he was helpful the whole time finding the perfect floors for our house.

If you are doing a remodel then schedule a time to meet with Victoria at the store. She is very sweet and knowledgeable! She helped design two bathrooms for me and they each turned out great. I highly recommend Victoria and the store. I came prepared and she got my order together for delivery with no problems or shortages on material. Everything went very smooth which is very rare in the construction and remodel industry. We need more experts like her. Thank you F&D and Victoria!

Over the years I’ve completed a lot of D-I-Y projects, increasing in difficulty and scope. My latest was a total gut and restore of a small home, followed by 2 separate bathroom remodel projects. When you’re doing it yourself and spending your own money, costs matter…quality matters. I’ve turned to Floor & Decor as my supplier of choice. I feel I get good product for fair price (and trust me I compare). Service is great too. La Von Williams was extremely helpful and patient with us over several days/weekends as we worked to get what we needed within my stringent budget. She provided great insight on what would work in an ADA bathroom. She even knew when to deflect questions during friendly spousal differences. She multi-tasks helping us while making sure others have store representatives to help them as well. “if someone is free, we have a customer near xyz that needs some help”. I’ll look for her first whenever I need something! Such a positive throw-back to great customer service.

Perfect help from BR my sales man today! He walked me back and forth as I looked and educated cared me on tile and as I changed my mind. He reassured me that yes I could return unopened boxes. He is pleasant and has a very nice and calm demeanor! I enjoyed working with him and I felt confident I had made good decisions when I left. Thanks for your help BR. Also Sam was my cashier and she was also pleasant and rang me out quickly and I was on my way and headed back to work!

I walked into Floor & Decor recently to return a mop. As I was walking toward the first register, a Caucasian female employee (named Sam) approached me and asked, “What do you need?” Her tone was extremely dry, uncomfortable, and dismissive. She looked me up and down as if I didn’t belong there, immediately making me feel unwelcome.
I explained that I was returning the mop because I didn’t like it. Instead of handling the return professionally, she instantly said she would have to call a manager—without even asking for my receipt or attempting to process it herself.
While I waited, I observed the very same cashier interact with a Caucasian couple right after me. Her demeanor was the complete opposite: warm, friendly, upbeat, and engaging. The contrast was undeniable and very concerning.
The difference in treatment strongly suggested that her approach toward me was based on bias, and I left feeling disrespected and singled out. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable, dismissed, or judged when entering any store—especially a national chain like Floor & Decor.
I question whether this is the level of service and inclusivity that Floor & Decor’s upper management and CEO find acceptable. Customers spend their hard-earned money here and deserve to be treated with the same respect and courtesy regardless of race, background, or appearance.
This experience was disappointing, disheartening, and unacceptable. I truly hope corporate leadership takes a serious look at how certain employees are representing the Floor & Decor brand because how customers are treated is just as important as the products being sold.

GREAT Service! The F&D store in Colorado had my product which had been discontinued and worked closely with me to make certain I had enough to finish my home project in Georgia! Sergio, the sales associate at F&D, was awesome! He kept me updated on my out-of- state shipments, was proactive and went far beyond my greatest service expectations! Super employee and a real lifeline to a “customer in a jam”!

We recently purchased flooring from Floor and Decor in Bridgeton to be installed by Installation Made Easy. I found that it was easy to make a payment to Floor and Decor but difficult to get support after the sale. I called the website number to schedule delivery since we purchased the materials well in advance. I gave a delivery date but in a day or so the freight company called to deliver the materials. I called the store and was told that it would delivered as originally requested. The next day, I received another call from the freight company warning that if I did not accept delivery I would be charged a daily storage fee. I called the store again and was told first that I caused this problem by ordering from a different store, which was not true. I then spoke to another person who told me this matter was out of her control. This was the wrong answer for a customer service person, even if it was true! I was then put on hold for a long time and finally spoke to another person who started out by lecturing me for being angry. He told me that Floor and Decor would store the materials until I was ready for delivery. This option is on their website. Why did it take so long for me to find out about this?
Although this problem was ultimately solved, I don't think I would ever do another flooring project where I buy the flooring from Floor and Decor and then have another contractor install. There was no cost savings over using a vendor that would be a single point of contact and I would definitely prefer to leave dealing with Floor and Decor to someone else.
