Personal are not in a "customer service" mode. Also, my mom went for bloodwork and got a bad bruise. After 2 days of putting some ice is still pretty visible and tender.

Glad the tech that used to put me down about my veins is no longer here. He was rude. Don't bother making an appointment. It's never honored. Why does my job recommend labcorp. I get better service at Quest. Guess I'll just find a different Labcorp.
