I showed up on time with the order from my doctor for blood work. The order automatically coded for Quest out of my doctors system. My doctor said Labcorp can use the order. Other Labcorp offices took the doctors order in the past and correctly coded the tests per the Labcop codes. This staff were angry at me for asking them to process the doctor's order. I left without give blood. I didn't want angry people putting sharp objects in my arm.

I would give this a minus grade if I could. This Lab Corp is inside the DePaul Hospital Medical Building. The office is small, outdated and dingy. I went to drop off a stool sample for my husband and there was no one at the desk. I tried calling the phone number and I could hear the phone ringing in the back but no one answered it, I got a recording. I could see one of the techs walking around in the back. Someone finally came out and asked what I wanted and I told them. She said I had to check in the patient on the kiosk before I could get any help. I did not have my husband's ID or medical cards with me. She told me I had to have them to check in. She was rude and condescending. I drove all the way home, came back and checked him in and had to wait 10 minutes for them to call his name so I could bring the samples. She brought up the doctors orders and said there were no orders for two of the vials and the one she had she said the sample had to be frozen. (????). Needless to say, I left the samples there and told her if they couldn't use them to throw them away. She proceeded to say (in a snotty voice) "Have a nice day". Called my doctor's office and they said she was totally wrong. There were orders for all three vials and the one sample did not have to be "frozen". I will never go back to this Lab Corp except maybe to tell them what I really think of their facility.

Customer service here is terrible.I set an appointment for 10:30 because that’s all they had. I needed to go in for my blood work and glucose challenge. I came in at 10:35 and no one said hello, no greetings very rude and told me they close at 11:30 and kept asking me if I drank my drink. Obviously not if this is my appointment time. Then another tech told me it was too late because of the time they closed. And instead of accommodating someone who had an appointment they were rude and dismissive. I’ll drive 30 minutes away for another location before I ever step foot in here again.

Outrageously understaffed. Otherwise, they’re very courteous and professional.

Didn’t run the correct tests my doctor ordered probably due to them joking around the whole time.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of machines being down which isn't their fault but it made it a hassle because I had an appointment and they didn't know so everyone was going before me and I made the appointment because I had to be back to pick my daughter up at a certain time. I finally told them and they got me in right away even if I was a pain to them because they were busy the guy was still very nice and very quick and usually I am almost in tears because I don't like needles even though I give shots all day long! But he made it painless.

The Phelbotomist name James was very nice and concerned about how I was feeling. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had a great experience. I didn't even feel the needle go in my arm because he was gentle.

Never again! My insurance says use lab corp but after this experience I’ll never use them again. I’ll pay extra to get a decent experience. First thing wrong was a tiny waiting room where no one was in the window and about 17 people in the room during Covid standing on top of one another. Supposed to be 6 people in the room. They just kept coming in and the staff wouldn’t call anyone back some people had waited for more than an hour. Finally we started beating on the door to see if anyone was actually back there and they opened the door no patients back there just standing around talking. When they finally decided they wanted to actually do their jobs the people that sat there for more than an hour were left sitting even longer as they took the newer people back first! Ridiculous!! I didn’t wait that long one poor woman was there so long had it been me they would’ve really got an ear full. When I got back there big ol gal wiped my arm with alcohol then jabbed the biggest needle she had into my arm with out checking for a vein! I screamed through the entire blood draw and she just thought it was funny my arm was on fire. Since then I’ve had nothing but arm pain all down my arm to my fingertips pretty sure she hit a nerve not checking for a vein. Who does that?! Big ol black chic needs to lose her job usually they are so good nicer than white folks always loved to get a nice African American nurse they are always so caring this woman was not and I’ve had pain since September 15,2022 I do not recommend no matter what your insurance says

I have always used LabCorp for my blood work, this one I thought would be above the rest because it was in a hospital, NOT the case. 2 months ago, the office was so unorganized that they were getting the patients mixed up. So, the technician put the band on my arm to tight, but I figured it was only for a minute, I could handle it, but then she didn't have gloves in the room & had to look for some, she comes back takes my blood, slaps a Band-Aid on my arm, & I'm out of there. While I'm walking down the hall of the hospital, I feel weird, I look at my arm and I am leaving a trail of blood everywhere, not just a few drips, I had to go back to the office get cleaned up and wait for my arm to stop bleeding. Now yesterday I had an appointment got to the office ahead of my time only to find out that they closed an hour early. This is so wrong; I have to have blood work done every 3 months.

Went over Tuesday at 3:45 to De Paul Lab Corp. for general bloodwork. People are in line out the door. One girl says you can't go inside too many people. At 4:05 the door opens and tells us she is leaving she has things to do, nobody was inside. She shut the door, locked it and and left. They are suppose to be open until 5PM. The girl in front of me had mom in wheelchair she left and went to Quest in Florissant. I drove back to St. Charles to Lab Corp on Mexico Rd. where I received Excellent service.

Says they are open til 5. Doors are locked at 4:30. Don't put a sign on the door say 5 if it's really 4:30. Just do what you post. Simple

I come to this Labcorp about once a month for my blood draw. All the workers there are kind, helpful and ALWAYS get me in first stick with no pain. No one else is ever able to do that which is why I specifically come here. The check in is electronic and walks you through the process.
