“Crystal ,who dropped off my unit, was impressive to watch. First of all, I was glad that it was a female. Second of all, she maneuvered our tight driveway with ease that a New York City driver could do.
Crystal was very thorough in explaining all the details of every step with 1800 PackRat.
She was careful not to hurt our lawn by putting blocks underneath to support the unit. She even had to put up with some people that thought they knew better about how to park it than she, who has been driving trucks for 23 years!
Throughout the process, Crystal not only called me to let me know she was on the way, but was very patient and helpful. God definitely sent me the right person to help me with this move! I would recommend you start your journey with this company!”

“This was one of my better experiences. Despite starting late for a morning delay that was the only holdup. Everything went exceptionally well. Jay and Antoine were awesome. They were detailed and careful with my things. I had 2 stops and it was 100 degrees over the July 4th weekend. Not ideal but they didn't slow down. They put padding on the floor and staircase so it wouldn't get scruffed up while bringing things in. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend it.”

“Dodge moved our house from Houston into a rental in St Louis, stored most of our belongings, and six months later moved us into our final home. Every part of the move went smoothly and everyone we worked with was outstanding. “I could not have hoped for better help. They were able to assist (same day) when heavy boxes were delivered in my driveway unexpectedly. They did so good, I asked for their help unloading a POD, the next day. Please use them but, don't abuse them. Their job is hard. I had Terry and Dorothy. They worked in tandem as a team quickly. The cost was competitive. They communicated and updated as needed They arrived on time. I was very pleased and will always try to use Small Movers for the not too large assistance with items, I can not move. They can even assemble purchases.?”
“Dielman Moving and Storage were going to move a player piano for me today.
These four men showed up and was checking out how best to move it. These four men were so respectful and caring.
Due to Very Rude people at the house, the piano didn’t get moved. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW VERY SORRY I AM FOR THE THINGS THAT WERE SAID TO THEM!

“I had 2 PODS delivered to my home recently. Bob was the first. Mo was the 2nd. Both were excellent at their jobs. Each took their time explaining how to load, ratchet and lock the POD. Each were friendly and delivered the POD in the 3 hour delivery time. They also each called me to give me a 30 minute arrival time. This beats a storage facility! Please note, I only ordered 1 POD becauae the largest said it fits a 3 bedroom household. I am not a packrat and I have some oversized furniture. Thia forced me to call and add a 2nd large POD. PODS was actually able to get me another POD before my move 4 days later!”

“I used top flight moving services on august 15th to move into my new home . I at the last minute decided I needed movers to unpack my truck due to the amount of stuff I had .
