PNC as well as the other bank in the St. Louis area, should make sure that their ATM machines, be able to accept cash deposits on weekends and whenever Federal and State checks are issued on Friday, or whenever the normal issuance day occurs on a Saturday or Sunday.The customer, then has to travel to other locations to use the banks services.This can be an inconvenience for the customer, if they are short of funds, dangerous going into an area you are not familiar with, or maybe traveling by public transportation. Dispite this inconvenience I still will use PNC bank.Be Safe!Enjoy Family!Enjoy Life!Receive And Enjoy All Your DAILY BLESSINGS!!

I absolutely love this branch!! There is one on my way home from work, but I come to this one by home bc of how friendly all five of the ladies are here.I love that when I walk in they greet me by name, such a welcominging and friendly touch. I am most often assisted by Kelsey or Kayla both woman are so friendly and just on top of their customer service skills.I've often waited in line and watched how these woman assist what I personally think are ridiculous customers. Getting on to them for things out of their control, they just continue to smile and keep their composure, not something you see often anymore.This is the longest I have seen the same set of bankers at this location.I'm sad they will no longer be open on Saturday.Only complaint about this branch is the recent indirect encounter with a very rude gentleman, he wore glasses and was bald. Not sure if he is a manager or corporate, but not very kind and a horrible representation of not only this branch, but PNC.Otherwise ABSOLUTE LOVE THIS BRANCH!!

Avoid this bank or this branch! Worst bank I have ever been to so far! Made an appointment with them but when I arrived, the man said he was busy and made me wait about an hour. When I said hello upon arrival, he acted like he was nice and respectful but you can easily tell that he was faking it just to keep his job.

This bank has absolutely been my nightmare. They have a strategy that steals your money which is so disgusting I am a student trying to survive. I wake up with more and more money in my account and then when I spend it I’m in the negatives. They never let me know how much money is actually in my account never. I would understand if this happened once or twice but EVERY DAY. No pls create an account somewhere els.

I will drive to St. Charles PNC before I come to this bank. ATM deposit is always out of service so you have to go inside to the ATM which is always temporarily out of service. Very inconvenient if you are looking for fast service.

Worst customer service ever specially from the Steve Urkel look a like. The bank manager is even worse. You guys should look into another profession specially if you can’t deal with people!! Maybe go back and get more training. Will go out of my way so I don’t have to go back to that branch!!

Said they could not give me cash for my rolls of quarters because I wasn't a customer. Couldn't trade me $20 for $20 in quarters. Great job being a bank.

It seems they like to take advantage of people. I accidentally wrote a check on a closed account- I have a medical condition with memory issues and I fixed that issue before being notified and still got charged a fee- I've been unemployed over a year. I even have a mortgage with them- as soon as my checks Clear Im outta there. Its fine when they screw up your account, Heaven forbid you make a single mistake- you're not allowed to be human. They charge you either way and were rude

It seems like a great place to bank has a small bank feel with a large bank presence all the bankers remembered my name and were ready to assist me when i came in,The branch manager Angie Fierce sat down with me and helped get me started on a path of financial success. I highly recommend them to anyone for business or personal needs.
