1st time I went to Polk it was good service from the present employee that was helping me. 2nd time around I was rudely greeted by the owner. Horrible service, horrible customer service. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but her service was poor. I arrived right before 4pm and there were no other clients/customers. Good customer service would have been to allow me to test being that I was there before 4pm. Also the “Donor pass” that i received via email said nothing about having to make an appointment. But when I arrived I was then told an appointment needed to be made. Overall the owners service was poor and she should do better to accommodate being that there was obviously a miscommunication between myself and the email I received. But never the less I’ll make sure to let anyone know to not go there for services.

Ebony and Chantell are the bomb! They took me under their wings and taught me EVERYTHING about owning a drug testing lab. When I scheduled my first drug testing client I was a nervous wreck! After speaking with Ebony, she calmed my nerves and I was able to successfully, completed my first drug test! So, if you are looking for a mentor that is patient, trustworthy, and reliable, definitely reach out to them. You won't be sorry!

I attended the DOT Urine Collector course in June 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed the positive atmosphere throughout. Despite the length of the course, the wealth of information provided was invaluable in laying the groundwork for a successful mobile or "Brick and Mortar" business. Your genuine passion for teaching and dedication to your students was evident, showing that you are not just in it for the money. The information was so beneficial that I had my husband take your course as well, and we are already planning to enroll in other courses in the near future. We had the luxury of receiving an on site service for drug screenings during orientation for our students!! Everything was perfect; their team arrived early and had everything set up so professionally, they ran a smooth and seamless process making things so much easier for us all !! I came on my lunch break to do a pre employment drug test and they had me in and out within 10 minutes. Their office is super clean and they are very personable here. Would definitely return for any of my future needs ! Thank you!

Anyone reading this review, if you’ve been trying to figure out if it’s legit or worth it, please know it’s past legit!! Ebony gives you the blue print period!! If you go anywhere else for this info you’ve really wasted your time and money. She’s very thorough, patient, and genuinely concerned about you understanding what she is teaching. Polk medical testing is where it’s at❤️🥰

Let me start by saying how grateful I am to have found Mrs. Ebony on Instagram. She has changed my entire outlook on my entrepreneurial journey. I had taken several class with other people but always left feeling stuck and not knowing what to do next. After watching a few of her live videos and seeing how informative and helpful she was, literally dropping gems that most would have you pay for, I was sold.
I have taken the fingerprinting, hair collection, DOT collector, and consortium course and let me tell you it was the best classes that I could have ever taken. I left with all the tools needs to start each service, the only thing that can keep me from moving forward is ME. The foundation is provided in the courses and is truly enough to go get started on your journey. I love that in the classes Mrs. Ebony makes sure that everyone understands before moving forward and if you look even the slightest bit confused the class is stopped to make sure you understand before moving forward.

I have taken the DOT drug testing and fingerprinting class with Ms.Eb. She loves what she does.Absolutely thrilled with my experience! Ms. Eb is exceptional in every way. She explains information with such clarity and detail that everything becomes so much easier to understand. Her explanations are thorough, making complex topics accessible and straightforward. She is always ready to answer any questions I have, no matter how many I ask. Her patience and willingness to ensure I fully grasp each concept is incredibly reassuring. I couldn’t ask for a better teacher– she’s simply the best!

The most accommodating place for testing! Ran late due to traffic and got there after close… Still got my fingerprinting done and they were extremely welcoming! Highly recommend.
