Definitely 5 star as other reviewers have stated. I have a 1st Gen PS5 that was overheating and hard crashing. Gave it to Shannon, had it back the next day and two weeks later I have had zero issues. Reasonably priced and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

So my Xbox series XHDMI port had broke nowhere around here would do it right away. They were saying it was gonna be a 15 to 30 days. He had my stuff done the same night. He’s great at what he’s do. He’s a blessing thank you, Shannon. 10 out of 10
