Not a good idea to use this location. I had a prescription filled and I received a text message that it was ready to get picked up. I went there the next day to pick it up and had to wait in a long line only for the pharmacist to tell me that they don’t show any prescription for me. I spelled my first and last name, and even spelled it slowly. The pharmacist was busy and insisted there was
Nothing there for me even though I have the text message that it was ready yesterday. I left the counter to call my doctors office and they confirmed that the prescription was sent and confirmed the information it was sent under, which is exactly what I was giving the pharmacist. I had to stand in a long line again to be helped again. I again had old the pharmacist that I have the text that it is ready and I gave her the info, the same info I was providing them the first time. She said she could not find anything. I tried to show her the text again and all of a sudden she found my prescription. She told me that I had given her a different date or birth previously. I am positive I gave her the correct birthday, I only have one so it’s not hard to remember. I think they were busy and did not want to take the time to find the prescription that I had the message for to go pick up. When the pharmacist gave me my change she slammed it on the counter and told me to have a better day. I’m not having a bad day 🤷♀️. I will never be using this pharmacy again.

Were I able to assign a lower "star" that would most certainly be the selection I'd make. After researching to see If I could get a Walk-in Covid booster at this store I stopped by on my way between errands to do so. When entering through the front door I noted the store seemed devoid of people. In particular? There were zero employees in evidence, and? Though I did call out multiple times no one answered. It crossed my mind there could be something amiss going on, but decided to walk around the left interior perimeter of the store to arrive at the pharmacy. There was a solitary woman standing at the counter and from recalling at minimum 4 or 5 employees behind the counter doing various "I look busy" type actions. I noted there was plenty of very visible signage there welcoming guests to their walk-in, no appointment necessary appointments. well, good. I waited at least 15 minutes. In that time not one single person behind the counter, acknowledged my presence in their store. nor did anyone ask if I might need some help or to suggest that they're busy but would be with me shortly... nothing. The woman in front of me was the only other guest there. So, no lines nor hoards of people waiting for service, nor booster shots (thankfully!) A young man did approach the counter, mumbling, admitting he still hadn't fixed "the issue for her yet. He left the counter again, then at length returned and gave her a bag. To her dismay and annoyance, it was the wrong person's meds. Thankfully, she noticed it.My turn. I stated I wanted a walk-in COVID19 booster and was told after asking if I'd made an appointment (What??!??) I could not have one. I suggested he might read the very prominent signage contradicting his message to me. He waved his hand and said they had changed that policy and that I couldn't have one even though I was the only person standing there. I asked if they had the meds? Yes. Was the person who administered the shot present on the property? Yes. This genius told me I must go home and call them to make an appointment for the next day even though I was standing there right now ready and willing to have this done with all my paperwork and my everything that I needed to have the booster done. The guy I was speaking with called "Joe" or whoever it was busy in the back twiddling too in the back and asked , "Can SHE get a booster shot?" Loudly . Just as loudly? Joe quipped rudely, " NO! She can't. Please understand there weren't lines of people. I was the only other customer in the Pharmacy department. I gave up, and shook my head looked at them incredulously and left.I checked the current info online today and even today it still indicates that I can be a walk-in guest to receive a booster shot and do not have to make an appointment. Don't waste your time folks. This is nonsense, utter nonsense.

This CVS location in Schnucks at the Bridgetown location is a fantastic place to obtain prescriptions in a timely manner. The prescriptions are available and filled for the promised time and most importantly the employees are pleasant, knowledgeable and focus on customer satisfaction even though it seems to be a high volume pharmacy. Medications are always available to be filled on the fill date without fail. Each of the employees seem to work in harmony to assure patient satisfaction . I hope they are recognized for a job well done.

This is the absolute best location. The pharmacist is very caring and extremely considerate with my condition. She works her tail off to make sure that the supply chain keeps up with the timeliness of my refills, especially my semaglutide/dulaglutide injections for diabetes mellitus type 2. Even when prior authorizations, formulary changes, and changes in condition require changes, she does so with a smile and a calm demeanor, and always says "Josh, we got this, we got you." I hear that, I receive that. She always keeps me informed and explains the justification and reasoning behind what she does or has to do. This was a good find.

Very difficult to get into and out of the parking lot. Pharmacy hours are limited and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
