I am completely appalled by the treatment I received at this location on 6/29. Disappointing customer service. Because of my sensitive skin, I always try products before purchasing them. I inquired with both women employed there today for a small sample of foundation to test out. Their behavior was unprofessional and they didn't even try to aid me in selecting the correct product. There was no line and it was empty. Regrettably, my kids were with me and holding a 30lb car seat didn't aid me.. A bit of empathy would have surely help. Would I shop here? No. I wouldn't recommend this location.

It depends on who is there if you’re going to get good customer service. The last two times I have been has been very sub par and disappointing. No one offered to help or even greeted me while I was shopping in the store until I approached them. Keep in mind I was the only one there shopping. 6/27/24

I shop at this location often. The ladies are always friendly, more than happy to help and have some pretty great suggestions on products when I can't decide. The store is always well stocked and clean too. Finally I'm glad this store is in my neighborhood. Driving to St. Peters or waiting for an online purchase is sometimes a hassle.

I online shop majority of the time and it's very rare I get inside the actual stores. So I needed to run in Kohl's to do a quick return. Omg the changes to the stores is unbelievable. Parking is so far back. The whole front parking availability is for curbside, and or handicapped.After I finally park and get in the store , I can count the working staff on one hand and pretty much all registers is self serve. I was in shock to see Sephora was in stores now as well. I browsed through the store and I can say on a positive note , it was free of clutter and well lit. Staff was pretty nice as well. Inventory was low in stock or unavailable. Was told I can order in store and ship home . Yeah ok thx . I will probably come back for returns but I'll continue shopping online for sure.

The doors by the handicap parking on the east side of parking lot are locked. The Amazon returns and self pickup move every other month. This store is not set up to welcome disabled customers. The selection of clothing is a joke.

I utilize this Kohl's for Amazon returns. They have a nice setup. The employees are helpful and efficient. They have the process down and help the line move very quickly.

Shithole! Clothes thrown everywhere. No one working. It's gross. Only one set of entrance doors work. I won't be back.
