We just received a shipment from Simple Retail that we did not order. It was a single hanger rack that arrived out of the blue with no itemized receipt in the box of how it was paid. I've tried calling but it just goes silent. I emailed them so hopefully they get back to me but since there is no answering machine or online customer service options, it appears this company could be fraudulent.

I ordered grooming clippers for my daughter for Christmas. They came and they were full of hair, missing pieces, and some things were broken. I messaged them I did get a quick response and a new pair was sent out. The new pair came. At first sight they appeared to be brand new until my daughter took the blade off and found hair in them AGAIN. I contacted the company and was offered a $50 refund to keep as is or another return for a "new" product. I will NEVER order from this company again.

WORST customer service ever. I have been order with them a few times and never received the order in good condition or complete.So disappointed, nobody answer the emails or calls. I would really appreciate that somebody answer me at least one email.

How I received 200 jewelry boxes is beyond me considering I ordered 2 spiral garment clothing racks! I’ve tried to call and email without and response. Avoid doing business with this company as they appear to be fraudulent.
