Had a bad experience with spectrum over the years every time you go into the office of Brisbane if you’re white, you’re gonna wait a while Black people walk in the door they take them right away. It’s the most racist outfit I’ve ever seen. I’m glad I dropped them and will never have nothing to do with them again.

I didn’t have any problems while visiting the store to activate my new phone last January I was switching from tmobil & was keepin g my same number was offered a free line for a year so I didn’t think I’d be charged for the free phone til January 2025 since that’s when my service started I guess their year is only 9 months because I’m being charged for the free line & have tried chatting w/customer service to get the $29.99 taken off there with no luck I’ve called twice I paid the bill of what I should owe the girl said she would get it taken care which she did not she took my card information paid what I should owe then right after she took our the correct amount she then took our $29.99 as a separate purchase which I never gave her permission to take it out I told her to only take the $64 which was what I owed so these people are scanners & do not try & help their customers by doin g what is right I should’ve never switched to this company !

Customer service is all this store does so it should be excellent. But it's not. And when I went in there it wasn't busy at all! That makes it worse.
The employee rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if I could hold and look at the Flip 6. Her response was "you're gonna switch to the flip from the Galaxy 22".
Well it's my decision not hers! She's just suppose to help me. Who cares if she doesn't like that phone!
She told me to go to the table where it was displayed. So I did. But after 10 or 15 minutes she didn't come to the table to help me. She was on her phone at the desk. Never looked up or acknowledged me again. Bad customer service. Please do better!!
So I left the store.

I went in to pickup my equipment and the 2 employees that were there were very rude to myself and the other customer. They have no business interacting with the public. The person that was helping me hardly said anything. I asked her if my wifi extender was in the bag and she nodded her head yes. I got home and it was not in there. They were super dead when I got there. How do you miss 1 out of 3 pieces of equipment? Her attitude left a lot to be desired.

This sign is on your store on Bridgeton, while the website been updated six days ago that it’s open Sunday. I made the trip to store and found it closed. Better to update your website as well rather increasing your bill prices regularly.No wonder why customers are leaving your service for the hike in bills price, cause you don’t care about keeping your customers. I got a better service with half of the price.

Do not return your equipment here. Go to UPS because they will refuse returns and exchanges of both mobile and fixed services equipment.

Wish there was a way I could give this store a 0 rating. The staff is unprofessional and just horrible. Keeps gossiping to each other even when customers are waiting to get stuff done. They forgot to gave me coax cables and gave wrong router machine which is not even supportive of my internet speed. The associate tried to override the machine and told me that it would work and it never did. Horrible and awful staff.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! Today all three reps there were extremely unprofessional and rude, ALL THREE! I witnessed a side project on their table that smelt like a nail shop, discussing problem customers around current customers, disrespectful tones when talking to customers, and outspoken negativity about other employees and call center reps. It was like they got a kick out of testing how rude they can be. NEVER AGAIN!
Cont. Days later I found that I was charged for tv streaming. The rep(middle part with two braids) noted the file that she offered it to me and I accepted, completely not true, she never mentioned it. She was rude and I decided to not talk to her again until she said they did not have any paper in the store to give me a receipt. It would have shown that on the receipt, yall please beware of what they slick charge you with.

Absolutely horrible experience. The Customer Service is non existing. The employees had a lot of horse playing amongst each other. The employees were discussing other customers information. The waiting time was unacceptable. This location is unprofessional and just aweful! The manager on duty displayed no concern for customers at all. The manager made no attempt to assist anyone. To be in the store for an hour to only be informed the store is currently out of cable boxes!!!
