Sat., Jan. 6, 2024: 11977 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton MO location: DON'T USE THEIR CURBSIDE PICKUP!! This was my first and last time using it. I sat outside 15 minutes past my pickup time and my sister ended up going in and getting it for me. I have severe osteoarthritis but normally go in and pickup but decided to use their curbside. When my sister went in to get the sandwich the "gentleman" behind the counter said he was busy making her sandwich and others...In my opinion he just didn't want to come outside because there was another employee helping other people so he had the time. Just plain lazy and inconsiderate! They shouldn't have a curbside pickup option if they aren't going to honor it.

I ordered my order online and it got messed up the driver brought me the wrong food, so I took the food back to the subway turns out I was at the wrong location it ordered from the subway further away, anyway the owner of this location showed great customer service even tho he did correct me and told me I was at the wrong location he still made my order again without charging

Ok, to start I've had better prior experiences at this local (btw 30 years ago I worked in this industry and know the ropes). I usually order on Subway's historically buggy app (not this restaurant's fault) or the website when the app doesn't work. Before I could order today I had to load an update on my phone before I could make an order, I had a problem selecting a time for a later pick-up when I completed my order. I've tried calling this location before (2 months ago) and today I again attempted to call this location to let them know I would be coming two and a half hours later today but their phone number was still disconnected. I find this HUGELY concerning from an MGT standpoint, why is this an ongoing problem here? Why hasn't this been resolved within the last two months? It makes one question whether there is some illegal activity happening here and MGT wants to prevent workers from contacting authorities. When I walked in I explained the issue to the Mgr who appeared to be waiting for me after I sent a message via the website. She said my order was remade an hour ago and kept warm (it was very warm to the touch btw) so I accepted the order without further complaint. When I got home I found one of the steak n cheese sandwiches ordered had no cheese and zero mayo.

Asked for a number 14 (turkey titan) which is supposed to have double protein and it definitely doesn't. Will go to another location from now on.

DONT GO !!!!!hair in my food literally shown the cashier the proof like the hair was still on it and still refused to refund me for the product wish I would've never stopped

Went there with my kids asked for kids meal veggie delight and to add bacon on (was prepared to pay for up charge) they said they wouldn't do it... When I said I was going to go to the other location that was willing to do that they said okay, they just lost my business I was going to buying 3 meals there... So instead of letting me do an upcharge on one of our sandwiches you'd rather lose business??? Not very smart. The upcharge would have given you guys more money in your pocket. But I'll know now not to go to this location again.

Went to get a 12in champ no extras nothing on it but what comes with it and they tried way over pricing me a sandwich that normally costs $15.25 they tried charging me 22$ for one sandwich with nothing extra on it this subway is pathetic ? nice try tho I'll never go back to this subway again they didn't even know how to make the sandwich the correct way

Subway has their foot longs priced at $15 and their 6 inch priced at $10!!! Thats ridiculous!!!!

I am so impressed! I had recently visited another location nearby until I realized every time I was thinking about food poisoning. My Dad sent me to this location Thankfully at 82 he's smarter than me lolThe two young men working are awesome, excellent service, extremely helpful 40 years ago I would hire both. Thx for the great sandwiches and service Kim

Normally a great subway location. Food is fresh, space is clean and well stocked and the staff is pleasant. I have been there twice recently and they weren't open at time posted on door and online. Today another customer and I left because even though they were inside they wouldn't unlock the door. I stop by when I am running errands in the area. If hours have changed perhaps they should update the information posted.
