The Target in Bridgeton on St. Charles Rock Road has the absolute fastest curbside employee ever. I have ordered from this location, at least five times-every time I go to pick up, the guy has your order out in the parking lot exactly when you pull up. He is so fast and efficient, it’s unreal. He’s probably doing the work of at least 3 people.

I don't know what is going on with location over this last year its empty in alot of areas,and the clothing areas unfortunately are being disrupted by unruly shoppers and no help to clean the areas,Appearance walking in is mostly appealing.Towards back of store it gets unpleasant, can't reach items needed no one around to help.

9pm on a Friday, come in for one thing, I see that the self-checkout is not available, there are two lines both with five or six people in them. I didn't even go shopping. I turned around and went back to my car.
Either staff adequately, or have self-checkout available. It's 2024 and none of us are putting up with this anymore.

I mean there’s nothing bad to say its target i love target and the workers are always kind you just walk in get some Starbucks then shop and walk out. I like that they have a rewards system and you can also earn money and giftcards while shopping to use on your next purchase

I love target. This place is a mess. Literally. I have started shopping at target significantly less than my usual weekly visits from living in other states. Place is always unkept and security doesn't pay attention to their surroundings. If they would have been paying attention while they all in my face they would have seen me come directly from customer service with a pickup order. Instead I had a huge man "fake dodge" towards me. Idiots.

Drive up service is usually pretty efficient however the customer service in that dept is not good! The guy bringing my items literally threw my bags inside my window after he approached my car and said nothing. If I didn't have my phone up showing the code he wouldn't have even made eye contact. The employees inside are nicer, but their checkout experience is starting to resemble Wal-Mart's- extremely long lines and only 1 or 2 registers open, long wait times, etc.

No one ever answers the phone in any department, ever! Also 2 separate times my clothing purchase had the anti theft device left on. I had to go back to the store to have it removed. Very annoying!

this Target actually shocked me. I have never seen one so messy. clothes, toys, books, journals, games, shoes, personal care products, even food items were scattered all over the floor ALL OVER the store. I came in to get jeans and the clothing was such a disaster I couldn’t find a single pair in my size. I don’t usually go to this Target and I won’t ever return. corporate needs to send in help or shut it down, it’s unbelievable and definitely not up to par with their brand.
