Don't buy yard products from Branneky. They do not stand behind their products nor do they have product knowledge.
I generally support local businesses however, they lost this customer over $24.
I hate to say it but go to the big box if you want service.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Branneky Hardware Store for an incredible 40 years, and I’ve always appreciated the helpful atmosphere. However, my visit on Thursday, October 16th at 4:45 PM was deeply disappointing. An older white male employee at the back counter was extremely rude and dismissive, not just to me but also to other customers, including an elderly couple. This kind of behavior is not what we’ve come to expect from a store we’ve trusted for decades. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue to restore the respectful and welcoming environment we’ve always known.

Hard to find parts this is your place and you can get 🔑 still cut 🙏 unlike the big boxes who think the automated machine is it its 👎

Hands down the BEST gardening store in the area I've found! Wonderful help from the associate, my needs were met and then some. Wide selection of seeds, plants, soil, organic pesticides, and fertilizer. Plus there is a library of gardening knowledge among the employees expertise. 6 stars if I could!

As always, couldn't find what I needed anywhere else. Despite living in Wentzville, I grew up Maryland Heights. Branneky's always had what you needed.
So, I reached out to them and they were able to cut a piece of glass for me to fit a broken storm window for my old 1967 Mobile Home.

Highly recommend going to Brannecky hardware anytime you have a need, both DIY or commercial. Every experience I’ve had there, both from a customer service and product standpoint, has been exceedingly pleasant. This last visit both John and Heidi were very helpful.

Branneky Hardware is by far the best hardware store on the planet !
Customer service and product knowledge combined with the family atmosphere because it has been a family run business since 1857 thats what sets it apart .
There isn’t anything this store doesn’t carry and has inventory from the bottom shelf to the ceiling ! You can truly find whatever you would need !
And when you walk in the door a knowledgeable employee is there to greet you and take you directly to what you are looking for and they annswer any and all questions. Try that at one of the big box stores ,good luck !
I just purchased a bunch of stihl products because they become a dealer recently and the knowledge base here is over the top , I wasn’t sold on a electric chainsaw but am know I then Went back a couple weeks later and got the entire lineup, just go by and look you will be glad you did
