Staff on lunch breaks and close the booths anywhere from 12:30-1:45pm and post a sign on when they reopen. It should be transparent and USPS should just list a defined lunch break time on their website and on Google so people do not waste their time.
Otherwise I've had pleasant experiences with the staff.

The pension earning employees constantly close the front desk area early or for portions of the day preventing most operations. You cannot ship items for your own business while they profit on your current and future tax dollars.

Have a package that says shipment was received but pending acceptance. It has been there since the 11th of December and it's now the 21st of December. They told me they don't have it, tracking says otherwise. Not the first time it took weeks to get a package from here. First time told they didn't have it. Thieves and liers

Went here to ship a box to an international location. I've done so in the past no problem. This time, the USPS worker misspelled the address. I brought it up to her, and she said USPS will correct it. There was a line behind me and I felt like she didn't want to do her job correcting it. Lo and behold, USPS didn't correct it and it was returned to sender. $70 wasted sending it internationally because of a lazy worker.
