The young woman who was cashier on 8/1/25 at approximately 8:00pm was amazing! She was helpful and just so very pleasant. The experience was stellar!

very mean and nasty old women as manager(KIM) was extremely rude to me while buying lottery will not be buying items from them again until management gets handled but very nice other lady there didn’t catch her name but she was very kind

This used to be my favorite gas station in town after the remodel but since Kim has became manager it has went down hill significantly. When you go into the store expect to hear her cussing and saying terrible things about her employees to anyone who will listen. She is the sole reason I will no long be visiting Breaktime when I am in town. Kim radiates nothing but negativity and I am certain the store has lost more than one good employee because of the hateful way she treats people. I will gladly update this review once Kim is fired and things go back to how they used to be before she started managing the place.

Poor management Kim I think her name is, often yells at employees in front of customers which is very unprofessional.

The manager (Kim) should probably learn to run the store correctly, and definitely not be yelling at employees and customers for no reason in front of customers!!! I also got quite sick of getting home to find foods expired, and was told by employees the manager told them to sell it anyway and nothing was to be thrown out, disgusting!!! I will pick every other store in town before I ever step foot in there!!!

Kept saying, my card was the declined charge me money out of my account and refuse to give me the money back. What a great customer service the woman looks like she was on something because she had to rock sunglasses inside the store and then get mouthy with me because she couldn’t figure out what to do. She just pushed me off
