Here’s the thought you only have two gas pumps to worry about in the back for the Diesel so let’s put some receipt paper in there so I don’t have to walk into the store to get a receipt and waste my time. How hard is it to put paper in the receipt machine

The employees on the shift were not personable one single bit. I don’t expect them to be on point everyday but at the same time greeting customers upon arrival is something that they should be capable of in their sleep.

The bathrooms are disgusting! Out of toilet paper! I drive truck i went in at 11pm the bathroom was dirty and again at 7am! It was never cleaned same paper towels on the floor still out of toilet paper! Seldom ever cleaned! Garbage full both times toilets bad plus out of soap and paper towels!

Not sure if it is just this store or Caseys as a whole. Stopped for diesel, prepaid 450 dollars, used 363 dollars and was full. When I went in to get my receipt, the young woman at the register could not figure out how to print a receipt even after calling the manager. Clearly was not properly trained and I've run into this at multiple stores. Many of which don't know how to print a big fuel receipt either. Caseys as a whole needs to do better at training employees.

Ordered a pizza at 3:58 p.m. pick up time was 4:20. At 4:24 they were just making the pizza did not call or anything.
In Casey's reply the apology was their only way to make it right.

Pump 7 took card then locked up, none of the buttons worked, attendant told me to just push cancel, I told him I had tried and it did nothing, I asked him if he could cancel it from his end he said no just hit cancel, again I said I did, he shrugged his shoulders and said just hit cancel!
Finally he hit a couple of buttons and mumbled under his breath “Jesus Christ”!
Very frustrating and unprofessional!
I do not believe this is the attitude Casey’s wants representing them!

I just got cheesy breadsticks there for my lunch break, and they were potentially the best breadsticks I've ever had! I'm coming down with a cold, and the warm food was incredible. All the employees were very friendly! I love you, Cheesy Breadstick Guy, you made my whole day.

Everytime I walk into this bathroom, it looks like it doesn't get clean, and is out of toilet paper.
