Packages coming from the Brookfield, MO DC are never on time. Anytime I order something online and see the seller used FedEX I just know my package will be 2-3 days late from expected delivery. EVERY TIME! Junk company! Absolutely useless!

Delivery was scheduled for Monday 3/30/25 made arrangements for pickup. Item arrived at distribution center 3/28/25. No it's delayed and i have no to receive it

I ordered a package from Microsoft, and didn't get to choose the package carrier, which is too bad since I paid $15 for 2 business day shipping, and it's now 2 weeks late. I despise this delivery company and if I knew my package had to come through FedEx, I would've chosen Amazon or another service. Absolutely unacceptable.

I would give zero stars if I could. The driver consistently delivers my packages to the neighbors house. The one time he did deliver to our house, he threw the package on our back deck.

This location services my address, the packages are literally never on time.... Currently waiting on a package I paid extra for two day shipping, the package is now two days late, and all it says is out for delivery... Since yesterday....

Brookfield Mo ground office has had some of my packages for almost 2 weeks. Then when they finally showed up they only left half my order and have once again delayed the rest of them!! I have complained so much to Sam’s club they have finally admitted to me that they have had multiple complaints and are currently looking into new delivery options! FedEx you would have thought you would have learned from your mistakes when you lost Amazon

Fed ex should disappear. On multiple occasions now they have delivered my package to the wrong address in a tiny town I don't know how thats possible

Driver pulled into our driveway at 8:30am with music blaring so loud it woke my husband up (who works nights). He watched her throw the box out on the driveway and then get out of the truck, pick it up, and tossed it on the porch. The box contained produce and was delivered 2 days late. Needless to say, most of it had went bad (due to late delivery) and the remainder was bruised or split open. Absolutely horrible service! Come on Brookfield location....get your act together and hire some decent drivers. Please!

I had a corporate account that had to ship hard drives that contained the backup of their main production systems. Fedex lost them. It took us 3 weeks to find out that the drives simply went missing. The value of the drives was a couple thousand dollars but the value of the data was billions in revenue. Lost. No explanation. Just gone. I just had some swords shipped to me. I asked that they be held in a location near my home until I get back. They sent an email saying the requested was accepted and approved. The next notification was from nearly a week ago saying the truck was out for delivery. Fedex says the package is at the location. The location says the package is not there. DO THEY HAVE ANY SYSTEMS CONTROLLING WHERE THEIR F-ING PACKAGES GO AT ALL?!!!. I've got a dozen other examples. I will NEVER use these guys again, if I have a choice.
