“I came in on February 2nd around 4:40ish, there were 3 employees working. It was the best customer service from an auto parts store I’ve ever had. All three employees that were working at the time were all so helpful. I was having car troubles and they helped me find the problem. They even tried to help me find an auto garage to fix the car but it was late on a Sunday so no luck. I was able to purchase the part and fix the issue in the car! Thanks Oreillys!”

“Staff at the Oak Grove location has always been extremely polite, professional, and attentive to the customers. They're also generally very knowledgeable about car care and capable of answering any questions asked (I've been in shops where this is not the case). They've almost always had whatever I need in stock already and will lead the customer right to it in the store so you don't have to spend time searching everywhere, and if they don't have something I'm stock they can usually get it in the same day or next day at the latest. I also feel that O'Reilly in general has much better prices than other auto parts shops in our area. All this is why I'll always choose O'Reilly, specifically the location in my hometown.”
