Spoke with the female that works there on the phone a couple times and she was very unpleasant. I was confronted with attitude and no desire to help . On another occasion, I was in need of some wood, I called and spoke to an older gentleman, letting him know the quantity of wood I need, to then be assured that they had more than enough to fill my needs. Upon arrival, the same gentleman informed me that they had none left. Which was very unfortunate, being that I live 40 minutes away.

We spent $2500 on cement and it crumbled within six months start breaking up all over the driveway. It was bad cement, and we will never buy cement from these people again. You should see my driveway. It’s horrible waste of money. the owner will not take care of his customers. If you run into any problems with any of his products he’s very rude. He won’t even return your call. I had two concrete companies. Tell me that it was bad batch of concrete. He did not care I would not even rate him a one Very bad and very unprofessional company owner don’t care

Rented a small yard cement buggy from Buckner Surplus and it worked out great. Only needed a yard and a half and very happy with results. Staff is so friendly and helpful as well.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! They sold me a large bundle of material. I paid more than $1,200 and nearly $300 worth is unusable. I did not know the materials were damaged until I started working through the bundle. I called to inform them of the unusable material and they told me TOO BAD IM JUST STUCK WITH IT! 🤬

Got a quote for some lumber on the phone and the price increased within 2 hours of getting there. The product was sub standard junk. Had to sort through trash to get what was needed abd they didn't want to open new bundles to get decent product. Don't waste your time there.

I have called this establishment several times for information regarding products in stock. Each time Crystal was short, curt, and rude. However, the gentlemen I dealt with were very friendly and polite. Special thanks to the gentleman with the shovel and bucket! ⅗

They have what you need if you need what they have. Usually at a better price. They are helpful minus the provocative stares. Not their fault though as I am tall and super handsome. They would've helped me load Lumber if I wasn't as fit and lean as I am.

Very disappointed! Called them this morning to ask if they had 90 pcs 1x6 car siding. He assured me they did. Took my name to hold it while I drove up there, about an hour and 45 minutes. When I got there they quite busy and said it would be a wait before they could load me up. No problem. The guy ahead of me in the loading line pulls into the yard and they start loading him with the same boards I was waiting on. A worker said “no worries, yours got pulled and set aside “ Yeah, they got set aside right on that guys trailer. I offered for them to cut longer ones in half and I would make it work on my end. Boss says nope, you gotta pay extra cuz the longer boards are more expensive per foot plus a cutting fee. No attempt to make their screwup right. 6 hours and a tank of gas wasted.

I went there today to get a 12 foot trailer. Super nice people that helped and even helped us hook my vehicle to the trailer. Great price on the trailer and lots of neat stuff in their store too.
