Terrible customer service in lobby. The worker behind the counter was rude and condescending when asking for assistance with shipping label sizes and printing. Hoping they can turn that around and seem more hospitable in the future.

Worst P.O. ever. They can't figure out that there are 2 house that have the same house number just on a different road. And the two roads are not even close in spelling. The post mistress is so rude. I'm not doing their job and delivering mail that's not mine. They really need to get their act together. Also, no mail on 1-4-25, no mail on 1-6-25. They have taken the phone off the hook so I can't find out if there will be mail on 1-7-25. The P.O. sucks

Postal employee always very kind and helpful. Post office is nice and clean. I'm thankful it's so close, easily accessible.

I have used this PO several times and always receive excellent service. The employees here are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. So great to have such a convenient resource in this small rural town, saves much time not having to commute to the city. Thank you to all who keep this facility running smoothly.

Seriously the worst service out of any business in Buckner. I have had only one pleasant experience there out of the many years I've lived here and used that post office.

If you can, go elsewhere! I had a po box with them for years and heard horrible service. The manager also got on a fb post about the post office and cussed at me and said everyone was lying about the lost mail, bad experiences, etc. She also said she was nice and forwarded my mail when i moved, like it wasn't her job and she did it out of the kindness of her heart. They act like everything you ask is killing them.

Bad work hours and bad service. One they need to be open a bit longer because when i get home i have 10 minutes to get up there and i have to take the dog out so there goes 20 minutes and one time i was just arriving as they were about to close i had to ready to go packages just needed to be scanned and put in a tub but no because im there 5 minutes before we close i cant drop them off because they wont be shipped that day wich i know they would have npt been shipped but you can still take them. It has been 5 months sense i put this review and its only been worse they not only put my packages in the wrong mailbox but they also hand stuff just to people who say they know who i am i had 120 earbuds that were just handed to someone who lives here in Bucknor Manor and i know that for sure because i have a email that says it was handed to an individual. I am extremely pissed off at this place and they need to start doing there job right or just be shut down
