This has been awhile back.... I had a leaf spring shackle come apart from rust. The guy just said to me he didn't want to do it cause it is too much work. I'm not a mechanic, but I changed it in only a few hours. If I had a shop with a lift, and now that I have the experience of changing a leaf spring shackle, I could probably do that same repair in 30 minutes. People these days are just lazy. Or maybe that guy just isn't too bright and that job really is above his head.

We ordered new tires for our wagoneer and they recommended the ones we decided on. They almost shake you out of the car on the interstate. One of the there ace employees drove it (maybe their owner) but said it was just the way the cheap tire drove. He didn't pull any off and check the balance. he just said they are our issue now. We won't be back to do any additional business with this hot-headed piece of work. I think his name was Brandon or Joe some like that.

Scratched my rim. Which are aftermarket...which also means they DONT MAKE them anymore. I'm not happy neither is my husband.

Pretty pricey in my opinion. I carried in 2 tires and wheels and just asked them to mount them. No cleaning, no tire stems, no balancing. Just mount the tires. Took them mabye 10 minutes. Charged me 20 dollars each! So 40 dollars labor for 10 minutes that calculates to 240 dollars an hour ! Had some done in Bolivar before and they charged me half that and disposed of the old tires ! I wont be back.

Only place it take my vehicles now. Stopped in for an oil change and new wipers which was fast and cheap. After my oil change I had a trailer hitch I needed mounted with 4 bolts that I had estimated at a different shop for over 150$. The boss of McCarthy helped me put them in free of charge, all in a couple minutes. I just came here to say businesses that help out get shouted out and this ones well overdue

I come in from out of town went to store came out had two nails in my tire went to McCarty tire and they ask me what I need told them about the nails they fixed it fast with the best customer service I had in a while thanks again lady's and gentlemen that work there...
