Tellers are awesome, they get 5 stars. Simmons Bank itself, not a very good bank, bank gets 1 star.

I got a automated call from Simmons Bank after hours on a saturday, telling me that there was these purchases made two were mine one was not and I was able to stop my card but more importantly Simmons Bank was able to save me from losing any money due to the fraud I love Simmons Bank and would suggest it to anybody!

Deposit feature on ATM never works which is a huge inconvenience for those of us who work overnights and cannot get to the bank during business hours
