All I can say is they tested my car to find out why my check engine light is on and he gave me a list of things that "COULD BE" wrong. I can guess what needs to be done by buying a bunch of parts and replacing them. Why do I need them if they can't narrow the problem down.

I always love going to O Reilly's because the guys will look at stuff, answer my questions and help me figure out what is going in with my truck. They are respectful and don't talk down to me like many places do with women customers in a "man store". Wish they could still install freon for those of us with leaky air conditioner condensers...but they still check batteries for free, and wipers and can replace both of those if needed.
