“Moved to Willow Springs at the beginning of the year and have been coming here all the time. Staff is always beyond friendly. They are always fast to get you in and out. They keep a pretty good stock of common tires on hand so they usually have a replacement on hand. Prices are very fair. Also have a small gun store in the waiting room to check out while you're waiting there, but no longer than you'll be there you'll barely get to check any out!”

“Went in to get my replacement keys cut. Very efficient process. ?Update; took advantage of the discount coupon for the A/C maintenance, Oil Change and tire rotation. The mechanic's notes appraising me of a necessary replacement of several belts was much appreciated and another appointment was made for this as well, also affixing another discount coupon for this upcoming maintenance as well. “I purchased my own tires & had Cabool Tire, Inc. mount them. When I called to ask about scheduling, etc they made Sure I Knew that they play favorites & I was at the bottom of the totem pole. They said they are 1st come 1st serve on Saturdays HOWEVER... If I was there 1st & a longtime customer came in they would absolutely give the longtime customer preference & if that meant my car did not get serviced that was just my bad. I don't really appreciate that method but I Do appreciate Very Much that they admitted it & made Sure I Knew it was my gamble. I took that gamble & ended up having a Very Good experience! My car was serviced. The people were friendly. I was there less than an hour. The whole place was clean for a shop. The price was a bit on the high side but they had warned me about that also. Honesty is always in style!”
