“The staff are incredibly nice and patient. I didn't know much about propane and how it worked. Every time I called and spoke to Jennifer, she patiently answered all my questions without making me feel judged and was extremely helpful. Eric came out to conduct the inspection, and unfortunately, there were some requirements that needed to be addressed before I could get propane. He explained everything that needed to be done and how to do it, and he was very kind, even when I broke down in tears because I was completely out of propane and the coldest day of the year was approaching.
The staff goes above and beyond to help their customers and ensure that their homes are safe. I am so grateful for all the information I received. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. They have a truly wonderful staff, and I cannot say enough nice things about them. Just amazing!”
