Without going into detail, they have gone out of their way to help my family, particularly years ago when we needed something “extra” from another bank (that we had been banking with at the time) on a weekend and they said “too bad.” Someone we knew from Commerce made it happen for us and we immediately moved all our business to Commerce after that.
